Laser Interferometry

Surface figure measurement to lambda/10 (PV) and lambda/20 (RMS) using Zygo and NewView interferometers. Accurate radius, irregularity, and wavefront error characterization.

Full spectral characterization from 190nm to 3300nm. Transmittance, reflectance, and absorption measurements with 0.1% accuracy for coating verification.

Dimensional Inspection

Precision measurement of diameter, thickness, wedge angle, and centering with accuracy down to +/-0.01mm using calibrated micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment.

Surface Quality (Scratch-Dig)

Visual inspection per MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7 standards. Inspection under controlled lighting with calibrated reference standards from 10-5 to 80-50.

1-on-1 and S-on-1 laser damage testing per ISO 21254. Characterization of coating durability for high-power laser applications from UV to IR wavelengths.
